One of the most popular fad diets in the world is the ketogenic diet. Foods rich in proteins are also acceptable if you are on a keto diet. In fact, one of the keys to sustain this diet is eating the right types of proteins or even combining fats with protein-rich foods. Protein sources that are high in saturated fat and cholesterol, like lean cuts of meats, should be avoided as they can impact your health negatively.
